Service Policies
1. Warranty: 13 months from the date of shipment, or 12 months from the date of successful installation and acceptance.
2. Gsola agrees to dispatch experienced technicians to customers' Plant to install the equipment. Besides, Gsola recommends and greets the customer dispatch a technical manager and 1~2 equipment operators to Gsola's factory to get the training and inspect equipment personally before shipment.
3. After receiving customers' call, email or fax about machine issues, Gsola will feedback and concludes solution accordingly within 24 hours by call, email or fax, by which, if the issues cannot be solved, Gsola agrees to dispatch one or two experience technicians to customers' Plant to provide service on site.
4.Normally, Gsola will provide one year warranty from date of successful installation & inspection. In special cases, the warranty period will be strictly as per contract agreement. After Warranty, Gsola will provide lifetime service support on buyer paid basis.
